30 Day Return Policy

At MajorVault, we believe in 100% satisfaction. So try on your jewelry, let others admire it & if you are not completely happy with your purchase we will gladly give you a full refund of the purchase price. No questions asked.

Just return the item(s) within 30 days of receiving your merchandise. We only ask that all items be returned in their original condition and without any alterations by third parties.

Returning Your Order

Simply contact our Customer Service department and request a Return Authorization Code for your order number.

Send your item with the original packing materials and invoice to us via an insured courier. Retain the tracking number for your records. We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged while shipping. Please do not write "jewelry" or any other jewelry-related words on the outside of the package.

A refund or customer credit (for exchanges) will be issued after the package is received. All refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. You will be issued the full amount of your purchase. Orders are subject to a $5.00 restocking fee.

Returns and Exchanges are subject to the following restrictions:

The original invoice and a return authorization code must accompany the returned item. The item must be returned in its original condition and unaltered in any way.

Special orders and engraved items are not returnable. If there was an error made on our part, we will happily exchange your order. Processing, shipping, handling and insurance charges are not refundable. Gifts to third parties are not refundable, and can only be exchanged.
